assisting patients with physical or mental impairment achieve the highest level of wellness according to a plan of care prepared by the physician, therapist or specialists.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to observation, administering medication, taking and recording vital signs, grooming and personal care, emotional support. We ​coordinate care timely, with the physician or specialist.
